Dear friends, dear members and dear watchers

after now more than four month of experience with submissions and folders, we have decided to change the opened folders again.
Additionally we want to take the chance to fill the affiliation with our affiliate Infrared-Club with more life.


Introduction to the folders
There are found eight theme folders:

non-real by angle
Here submit all pictures which showing a special perspective, reflections, unusual angles ...

non-real by colors
Dedicated to all the colorful things, also submit here traditional art, digital art ...

non-real by content
All pictures which are showing an obscure, unreal content ...

non-real by patterns
Here can be submitted all the wonderful stuff of showing patterns like lines, spirals, square, ...

non-real by focus
Focus can be interpreted as focusing to a special (tiny) object or showing non-focused scenery ...

non-real by wrong place
Show us objects which are placed in wrong place or we didn't expect to find them there ...

non-real by collaboration
If you are working together with an other artist, please let us see us your results here ....

non-real by selection
All this wonderful selections like news or journals can be submitted here and very welcome ...


Additionally we have a general folder
non real by ...
If you are not sure where to submit - feel free to use this folder. We will move your art into one of the theme folders.


The Featured folder will not be opened for submission.
It's a special folder, where we move art, where we think it's extraordinary. This selection will change from time to time.

Introduction to the collaboration with

Non-Real and the Infrared-Club (Extra-Visible Imaging) are two groups that have a common interest in presenting images that show the world in a different light.
The IRCEVI does this by making use of the camera's ability to record information not normally seen or appreciated by our visual system,
whereas Non-Real presents images from seeing the world in unexpected ways, images that the photographer has seen, but that we normally do not appreciate or which are breathtaking in there unique way.
The following joint Journal/Feature presents some examples of these ideas.

Today we start with the first feature. It's a interesting and representive selection out of the different folders of Infrared-Club In the following journals we will show non-real theme folder relative pictures from there.
Feel free to visit the Infrared Club, wonderful pictures and amazing artists are found there. We would be glad if you use the chance to take a tour there.
