as announced in the last journal we want to take the chance to fill the affiliation with :iconInfrared-Club: with more life.
In this journal we start with a more in debth description of our folder called non-real by angle
We will give you a more detailed idea what could be ment with non-real by angle by showing different pictures from non-real and additionally with a special collection from Infrared-Club reflecting also the theme non-real by angle.
While discussing in the background about this folder and because we get a wonderful idea from :iconuosiek1: we decide to open a new folder called non-real by light. There you will find the place for all the reflection pictures and all the other art mainly showing light aspects.

In this journal the main focus will be our folder called non-real by light
As humans can be described as visual animals, the importance of light is seen. Without light we would have great problems in life. Also we couldn't take pictures and we couldn't see the art which is shared here at dA. Enough reasons to have a seperate folder for this non-real aspect.
Huge thanks to ~uosiek1 who had initialised to have a seperate folder for light.
The main focus of the light folder is the presence, the absence and the effects of light, like reflections or shadows.
At this point I want to call your attention to our brand new affiliate :iconshadowLIGHTseeker: Great to point to them, because they are focused on all the aspects of the folder we want introduce today.

Randomized News 4.4 - Reopening

Dear friends, dear members and dear watchers

We're back and hope you all have had a great time and a good start to 2013 - Best Wishes for the New Year.

As mentioned in the last journal, we have taken the chance over the three week break to clean up the Group's gallery, rethinking the folder structure, revamping the profiles page and,

we were also lazy as planned

.

The outcome of our pondering is seen in these changes:

There is a new folder called "non-real caused by reflection". One of our wonderful members gave us the idea to split the reflection based pictures from the light folder ... and here we are.

The submission limits are now set to five per week. We decide on this decrease because we often get series of similar pictures. By doing this, we hope to encourage and support more variation and diversity.
Additionally, we will be a little bit more strict when accepting/declining images.

In general we want to offer more activities and features.
- One will be the ongoing encouragement to send us suggestions for a DD via note. We would be glad to support you or another artist.
- Also there will be a monthly feature of one member of our beloved members choosen by you via a poll.

Following the Randomized News Series 4.X we will show you today a selection of submissions to the "non-real caused by content" folder in 2012.
Usually, we add our own thoughts/categories on what can be seen in this folder, but in this general folder feature we have used a random generator for choosing the pictures.
